Pepper Chicken Gravy
Ingredients
Chicken - 500 grams
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Onion - 2
Curry leaves
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbl spoon
Chilli powder - ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Curd - 2 tbl spoon
Salt
Coriander seeds - 1½ teaspoon
Pepper - 2 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon sticks
Coriander leaves
