Yea our Fayetteville office uses fuse a lot. I don’t use it for termite treatments because it has a very small amount of fipronil. I like a higher percent

Doing allot of extra work, if you switched to Termidor H.E. it only takes 2 gallons per 10 at .125 ratio and you can also do a EPLI treatment process with Termidor HE and the trench only have to dig a trench 2"X4" instead of 4"x6". Only down side is it's $250 a bottle (50 gallons mixed ) but it also allows you to do a 12 yr warranty instead of a 10 yr warranty

Holy Mother, you guys are extremely affordable. I'm in Southern California and out here, sub work is charged at $7-$12 per linear foot. The company I work for charges $7-$10, (depending on whether we will be trenching or drilling) and if it's a raised foundation, we will only treat the sub area, at foundation and piers. This would be over $2,500 out here. Wild!! I sure hope your thoroughness in this video, wasn't just for the sake of the video, lol. If this is truly how you do all of your sub work, then man, Hi freakin 5.

Don’t worry our prices have gone up significantly since this. But yea this is what we do. The kid in the video is still with us. It is way cheaper to operate in NC than in California. We get most of our renewals so that helps. We are starting to use bait more here lately, people want it and it’s waaay easier lol

Y'all are very reasonable and passionate people, seems like you love your job, I do as well, (except in the summer, JK)

Depends on what chemical you are using they are using Fuse on this video and Termidor Sc on others and you have trench crawl space and either trench or rod exterior. With Termidor He you don't , the trenching and drilling of the piers is over kill, if you drill the piers there is no need to trench piers per labels.

Hello, we just moved to Venice, FL. The (single story) house we purchased was built in 2004 and had an underslab termite treatment when the house was built. There is no crawlspace/basement. The home seller had a contract for a HexPro bait monitoring (wood chips ?) system. We've watched your videos and are wondering if we should have Termidor SC applied around the whole house and holes drilled in the garage slab (separate slab from the house slab) for Termidor SC ? Should we also have Scatterbait, or other bait, added to the HexPro in-ground monitoring stations ? Thank you
@AAAExterminatingCo4 жыл бұрын
Cathy Moriarty I personally believe Termidor to be the absolute best termite protection available. If you have Termidor properly applied there should be no reason for any bait system.
@cathymoriarty96834 жыл бұрын
@@AAAExterminatingCo Thank you for the quick and informative response. IF you don't mind another question-do we need termite insurance (the exterminator indicated it was optional) in we have Termidor applied (given the Termidor extended year warranty) ?
@AAAExterminatingCo4 жыл бұрын
Cathy Moriarty if your going to go through the expense of treating I would definitely recommend keeping it under contract. If the Exterminator doesn’t warranty damage you should find someone else. Typically the treatment comes with a one year warranty and can be renewed every year

I know some people don't like them, but why wouldn't a baiting system be good here? All the termite "food" seems to be up on concrete/brick pedestals so a bait would be an easier food source for the termites to find which would maybe take out the colony before they even made it to the actual protected structure?
@AAAExterminatingCo4 жыл бұрын
DeeCee101 bait can be effective but Termidor is a far superior treatment. We also offer bait but bait is not as effective as a good liquid treatment
@DeeCee1014 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply...I know Termidor works well, but since it's undetectable, the termites still go through the treated soil and attack your house for a period of time until it kills them, right?
@AAAExterminatingCo4 жыл бұрын
DeeCee101 yes that is why it works so good. Termites work pretty slowly, Termidor begins slowing them down pretty quickly but allows them to keep going to spread the chemical through the colony. Baits can sometimes take a very long time to get control infact I see houses all the time that have had Sentricon for over 2 years and still have active termites. If you treat properly with Termidor within 3 months the structure is free of termites and it will stay that way for at least 10 years. We treat 20-30 per week and have used Termidor since it came out and have never had one get termites within 10 years of treatment

$700 is pretty cheap for this job. I doubt that is your residential retail price. Fuse is $100 for a 27.5oz bottle. so 2 guys, 4 hours and cost of goods? No way to make enough to cover operation costs where I live at those prices here in the WASH., D.C. area. Great job showing how it is supposed to be done. I believe the Label calls for 2 gallons per 10 LF on the inside of the crawl space?
