Simple to use Fooocus WebUI for outpainting using Intel Arc GPUs

Is Fooocus support for arc new? Does it require modifying the install?

Fooocus can use Arc with IPEX similar to how SD.Next and Comfy do but its a custom solution not yet documented. Hopefully we can publish an article and point to a repo on this soon as we did with GIMP, A1111 and SDNext
