Yes, absolutely. I would just get the best quality you can.

what camera you are using? and Light? please give me links

Camera is Nikon D800 and the light is Neweer CN 160 LED. The light does have issues, see my other videos on that light. I only got it work right by using their rechargeable batteries. Any small light source, real sunlight or artificial light will work.
