Simple Tuna Ceviche

Tuna Ceviche. This one doesn't have any veggies and the only fruit is lime. I know it's as basic as it can get. I made this to be as carnivore friendly as possible

RECIPE
12 Oz Yellowfin Tuna, Diced
1 Lime, Zest
1 Lime, Juice
1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Granulated Onion
1/8 tsp Ground White Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1) Add all of your ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine. Let chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes and up to 12 hours to allow the acid to cook the tuna slightly.

I just had blackened seared tuna for the first time a couple weeks ago. 🤯 I'll definitely have to try this sometime.

I feel like a kid at Christmas watching you. We are three hour time zones difference. I get up with such anticipation. I run to see what your next post is…. Do I have a new recipe, an interesting talk, something your working on….I never know what to expect. But I’m loving every moment of it. You never disappoint. This recipe looks so easy, refreshing, and satisfying! Off to work now. All day I’m going to wonder where in the hell can I find some fresh tuna now.

Love raw tuna. Never had tuna ceviche, but I like shrimp ceviche. Will have to make this!

Its hard to find but maybe honey vinegar? It’s vinegar but made with honey, more carnivorous then lime perhaps?

Guess I know what I'm doing tonight but with lemon juice. Funny enough I just bought raw tuna 5 minutes ago before I found out about this video

Update on that tuna I used lemon and it came out fantastic, I've had the most difficult time trying to figure out how to make raw tuna a little bit better you sir have made my day as I didn't know you could do this with tuna. So thank you.

I have not gotten the nerve up to eat raw fish of any kind. I'm honestly not sure I can. It looks beautiful though!
