I love Saint Nicolas ❤ its still a big tradition where I live. For 2 weeks before december 6th, we get a sweet treat in our shoes (like a lollipop, the next day a chocolate coin, the next something else ...). On the 6th our shoes are filled with presents (and more sugar) 😊. If you were a naughty child you would get charcoal instead 😂

That is a big cauliflower, indeed! I love to roast, deep-fry, grill it like a stake, or serve it gratin cream. You can also use it minced to substitute rice for meals. It's delicious and very nutritious!

Hello Noemi 😊 Love your videos ❤ and for the starter - if you don’t use it, you should keep it in the fridge in a tightly closed jar, and feed it once a week. Before feeding, take it out of the fridge so that it warms up to the temperature of the room, then feed it as usual and keep on the countertop so it could “work” a little bit, and finally put it again to the fridge for a week 🤓
