Everyone talks about the physical pains we go through but none talks about the mental issues and the hormonal changes we undergo. Nobody is aware of that especially boyfriends and husbands as we need them to be our supporting systems during these times. Make a video on how to handle a women's mood swings during this time and its not a women's fault to react irritated at the time its hormonal. Explain that in deep, i want to show that to my husband..
