This simple year delicious cabbage stew pairs with different dishes; rice, yam, potatoes, plantain, gari… and the list goes on.

► INGREDIENTS 🏽
✅ 1 medium sized cabbage
✅ 3 medium sized white onion bulbs
✅ 2 medium sized red onion bulbs
✅ 4 large fresh tomatoes
✅ 4 carrots
✅ 1 large green bell pepper
✅ 2 scotch bonnet peppers
✅ 200g Plum tomatoes
✅ ¼ tsp nutmeg Salt (adjust to your taste)
✅ 1 shrimp seasoning cube (you can use any seasoning of your choice)
✅ 4 canned mackerel fiish
✅ Sunflower oil
✅ My garlic and ginger paste
