Sooo I bought you a coffee this morning :) My friend has a: BOSE sound bar that has: 1.S/PDIF Output - 2.a RCA input #1 3.a RCA input #2 -3.a sub out SHARP AQUOS QUATTRON What I see on the back(I'm assuming that's what I'm supposed to use for this case) VIDEO 1 w/ R AUDIO L AND VIDEO VIDEO 2 w/ R AUDIO L AND VIDEO COMPONENT w/ R AUDIO L AND VIDEO AND Pr Pb and Y (She has the BOSE RCA input #1 going into that component R AUDIO L AND VIDEO of the TV. AV YAMAHA HTR On the back of the AV I have no idea where to plug anything to the back of this. I twiddled around and put it in the CD in the DVD in everything I could and on the front put in the corresponding input and nothing works. I'm confused on making work through the tv(which doesn't work) the AV (which she has sitting there) and I'm lost. I see from your video the visual on the back looks so much like mine, but I can't get it connected and for the last 4 weeks till I seen this video, it started to make sense, but still don't know what I'm doing wrong. Its driving me nuts!! Can you tell me where I'm going wrong or what's the best way please, Thanks

When I hook up my red and white RCA and HDMI to my tv I hear sound coming from the tv through my speakers but I can only hear it when my volume is up on the tv and really no sound comes from the subwoofer and it’s a delay

Need help: Trying to connect epson projector (3.5mm audio out) ro Rockit 8 studio speaker which has 2 options for audio in: 1) single unbalanced RCA in, 2) balanced 1/4 in. I used a 1/4 adapter to the 3.5m cable and got background music and sounds, but no vocal sound. If I wiggle the 3.5mm inside of the 1/4 adapter, I can suddenly get vocal audio, but its shady and the 3.5mm will fall out of adapter if I let go. Why O Why!?!?! Will using a 3.5mm to rca male adapter work so I can get music and vocals? Advice is welcomed.

Can a 5.1 surround speakers set be connected to tv without running through a receiver? TV has HDMI in/out (NOT ARC - TV is old but still works great) , it has optical OUT and lots of RCA ports in and out. Forgot to add, my movies are played from a HDD connected to a laptop through to TV. If it IS possible to connect the speakers to TV would it still output 5.1? Yes, I am a complete newbie with audio.

Bare wire speakers need to be amplified. Tv rca ports don’t amplify unfortunately.

Set either the TV volume or speaker to max and now control the volume of either the TV if you maxed speaker volume or speaker volume if you maxed TV volume
