I'm sharing my feedback after experimenting with this recipe at home and making a few adjustments. The flavor turned out delightful and authentic without the use of garam masala and oil, making it suitable for those focused on fitness and weight loss. My modifications included incorporating carrots and tomatoes into the recipe, and I opted to add lemon juice after serving the soup in bowls instead of during cooking. for boiled try adding some sliced peeled cucumber. Its give a fresh and light flavour which goes well with boiled meat or soup

To remove the access water of the chicken one can put the meat on a low heated pan without pouring extra water. Once the chicken releases its access water, we can put the ingredients and boiled water to cook.

No no that's mejenga paat. Schechuan pepper leaves. Thr r so many local masala available in the hills of northeast. Better to visit arunachal/ assam/ Nagaland to know more about those masala. Those are the secret recipes of our northeast.

Instead of all those leaves, put Dried bamboo shoot if you can find some. That's way better.
