@HalamaDavid Considering the original is performed by an orchestra consisting of dozens of instruments, I'd say this rendition is incredibly simple. That's why I am so impressed - cause it sounds very much true to the original, yet it includes no more then two or three notes at a time. That's no simple feat to simplify a piece like that.

@@SimpleGuitarTabsKZbin It's defo harder. I wanted to continue with the Skyrim theme until I could play it perfectly 3/3 times. The rhythm or "exact timing" of the strings was hardest for me but i got there listening to it ALOT. In "Rohan" its 50 secs in that im having trouble. I am playing on a steel string guitar so getting that timing and exact tone (as the fg800 makes way more twang when struck hard). 1 more thing, I have a very special song request for a possible future vid......"Toss a coin to your witcher". It's absolutely beautiful. Would sound great on your guitar I think

​@@EliteKnightTV The more you play the more rhythm will come naturally to you, but it's best to play it as slow as you need to at first, rather than trying to play it at my speed. You can even leave out notes that aren't essential to the main melody, like at 0:56, that bit with the 4 and after isn't a must have, just a nice addition. If you're really battling with a part, sometimes you can just leave out the bass note (the note/number closer to the bottom of the screen when two notes are meant to be played together). And yeah the tone of a steel string is very difficult to control compared to nylon strings, but i think it has a better sound for more complex modern fingerstyle pieces. So as you progress it's a great option! I've thought about doing that song! I've done the one Witcher song, but i feel it's time for another 😋

Was about to give up guitar as did not like any of the types of music generally taught like rock, jazz, blues etc - I love old film tunes and Edith Piaf and stuff like that. Then I heard your tabs played and they are so beautiful, I now have a book to learn fingerstyle on acoustic guitar,vwhich I'm loving (first lesson today) and really enjoying the practice exercises. For the past week i have been learning to play the happy birthday song (thanks to JustinGuitar) and its remarkable how similar this is in terms of difficulty. I would even say this is simpler with how many open strings there are played. Will definitely learn a lot of your pieces since its good fingerstyle practice and they sound so nice as well. @@Gatok Theres no subscription. The beginner course is entirely free. The biggest reason for me to go with it was the structure plus Justin really knows his stuff, when you should learn something, its very well designed.

Yeah i think it's great to have a course that guides you through the fundamentals. Then i always suggest learning songs you enjoy listening to, otherwise you might get bored and drop the instrument 😅

@@mdock2012 Yeah it's good to teach your hand the right thing early on. I think that memorizing even small parts at a time is really helpful, cause then you don't have to worry about reading and playing at the same time, just focus on the playing part.
