Out of all the years that I have researched hormones and menopause, this is the most correct, simple, yet comprehensive information. There are many ideas and theories floating around out there, but he clearly has done the real research. Also, Ladies, Prometrium IS bio identical. Creams did nothing for me. Follow your path, but be open to the science of hormones and what has been proven to work consistently through clinical studies.

Thank you for clarifying that. There is so much confusion surrounding the different forms of progesterone that one is at a loss. I’d like to ask you, if you know, is it safe for me to take oral progesterone when I’ve been diagnosed with factor V Leiden heterozygous? 🙏

Just started topical progesterone last night. 20mg. I got the first full nights sleep in months, but today I feel soooo tired (like hung over). I guess I need to cut that dose in half?
