i usually watch organic chemistry and khan academy videos for these but sometimes their videos can run a bit too long and can be boring although still more effective than school. But I'm so glad I found your channel cause it has made my life easier. I love the visuals and how simple you explain the concepts

These are the best videos and so helpful. Bless your heart for making these because they're amazing. My stats prof does not teach us and these make so much more sense than his lectures. Never stop doing this! You should post some worksheets if you ever have the time, I can't find any good ones :)

@@Simplelearningpro Hope you can find a way (adsense etc.) to keep it on going. I know these videos are already getting 100K and above views, but that's nothing. I am sure with time, millions more will come and support. You just need to have some faith and keep going. These are such well curated contents that no thank you would be enough.

I finished almost all the content of your page. I really appreciate the way you deliver the information with simple terms and drawings.. fully integrated content. It helped me a lot in understanding many aspects for my preparation for the six sigma exam. I would like to ask if you could continue and cover some major topics, like the gage R&R (MSA), DOE, Control charts, and process capability.

I have a doubt , If we re rolling a die many times then the distribution approaches Normal, but that normal distribution will be discrete since The values of X would be discrete only , let's say flipping coins , the values of X are going to remain Discrete only , so Normal Distribution will also be discrete?
@Simplelearningpro4 жыл бұрын
Great question! I am actually working on the second part of this series that will be addressing this issue. In short, yes, the variables you mentioned are discrete variables. As we increase the value of 'n', by rolling a die many times or by flipping a coin many times, the shape of the binomial distribution approaches the shape of a normal distribution. There has to be an emphasis on the word "approach" because it will never be a true normal distribution. This is due to the fact that these variables are discrete variables rather than continuous variables. As shown in the video, discrete variables must be presented as a bar graph, whereas continuous variables are presented as a histogram - in which this is the only case you can have a properly presented normal distribution.
