Ingredients:
puff pastry: 600 g (21 oz)
cheese cream: 200 g (7.1 oz)
garlic: 15 g (0.5 oz)
feta cheese: 80 g (2.8 oz)
cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)
parsley: 15 g (0.5 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)

vinegar: 10 ml (0.3 fl oz)
chili sauce: 10 g (0.4 oz)
ketchup: 10 g (0.4 oz)
salt: 8 g (0.3 oz)
black pepper: 4 g (0.1 oz)
oil: 150 ml (5.1 fl oz)

I might want to use spinach instead of parsley. I also would substitute prepared mayonnaise for the egg and oil in the dipping sauce just to avoid raw eggs.

I make these. I do not use feta...not a family favorite. Your spinach suggestion is what I use. A spinach dip wrap. Yummm

I use parsley and green onions. Then, add French feta. It is creamier than the regular feta turns to a delicious snack

Your recipe looks good! However, we get what you’re doing within the first 2 seconds of each step. Have you thought about not dragging the steps on so long?

Disagree. Some people might be writing down notes (e.g. do they leave a gap at the edge of the pastry when spreading out the cream cheese? How much of a gap?). Not everyone cooks with a tablet in front of them.

I would say it’s just what we call Tasty cheese not Parmesan because there is too much of it and it would be over powering.

They do look fab, don't they? Cream cheese for the spread (use a herbed one and save time by not cutting up the herbs yourself), crumbled feta (or any other hard cheese) on top, and then grated whatever-you-like cheeses for the rest. Use your favourite cheeses, and make the recipe your own. Whatever you use is going to be delicious...good luck! Personally I'd pop the roll in the freezer for 10 minutes before slicing it, but that's because I'm a clumsy clod :)

Too many cheeses, plus I'd hBe done egg wash before cutting the roll, and hot fed up watching everything everything being prepared and cut and mixed. Otherwise gives you ideas for a Christmas nibbles.

I use feta cheese, ricotta, goat cheese, garlic, chopped green onion tails and add spinach. I use CASCAVAL. European style. But you can add any kind of cheese, it turns out just as delicious.

Смотрю на скорости 1.5, нормально. Сыры-1. Творожный, добавила чеснок, 2. Сыр Фета, 3. Любой твердый сыр, сверху рубленную зелень петрушки, скатать в рулет, нарезать на порции, смазать яйцом, посыпать тертым сыром,выпекать в духовке, разогретой до 180 градусов 25 минут

I'd use Pepper Jack cheese and instead of parsley use green onion to provide some POP taste wise to the creation. 😮😊❤

For such a straight forward recipe, this video could have been one fifth of it's length. Also, the pastry looks to be uncooked at the end.

@@carmelita7348 Not the egg wash. The dip at the end had a raw egg. Someone suggested a pasteurized egg which I looked up and is okay to be eaten raw.

Great idea, but some lengths of video were watching all the fets being crumbles and and all the pastry rolls being brushed with ragg, was unnecessary so just had to fast forward the video.

@@trkstatrksta8410 I’m not guessing dear. If you are familiar with cheeses you can recognise them. I added parmesan as my preferred option instead of the mozzarella she used on top and it was cheddar inside for sure. Well now at least you have some knowledge of choices you can make. Enjoy. 😊

I'm guessing tasty cheese because it looks a bit drier than cheddar. I don't think it would make that much of a difference anyway, they are similar in taste and melting wise. 🤔🙆‍♀️Any cheese could be used in this recipe really.

To y'all complaining that she used raw egg in the "dip", It's not a dip. She made an emulsion. A compoud (seasoned) mayonnaise. Raw egg goes in all of homemade mayo. Learn a couple basic food prep things before you complain.

Nice recipe!👍🏼the second cheese looks fresh cheese very popular in some countries of Latinoamérica. We call it Queso Costeño in north Colombia, delicious with arepas(corn cakes) or other recipes👍🏼

I would use thin slices of prosciutto the toppings of more cheese is overkill on the cheese. I would top it with seeds or za atar. I would also use chopped basil or pesto instead of parsley. The pesto could be mixed with the cream cheese.

I make a variation of this with crescent rolls. I'd omit the feta (makes my tongue itch). Add spinach or finely chopped broccoli, rotisserie chicken, mozz/provolone/cheddar

The first cheese was cream cheese, the firm feta and the last cheese that she grated looked a hard cheese like Parmigiano (Parm), I believe ❤❤

I watch it at twice the speed… Pause the tape, then go into settings and click on 2X… Otherwise you can fall asleep😂

How do you ensure that the pastry is cooked in the middle of the scroll, without burning on the outside?

Cut them thin enough that the heat has a chance to penetrate from the sides. I usually put the whole roll in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before slicing it, as that lets me cut it thin enough for that to happen. Enjoy!
