I don't...understand why people get mad at these videos? Like, yes, they are collections of older, previously posted videos. But that's kind of the point? A compilation of similar old material on a theme so you don't have to search through their, frankly daunting, video library to find a certain type of recipe. For the cheesy garlic bread meatball ring, use more seasoning in the beef!! Same with the garlic, parsley, and butter topping needs more seasoning. Just to let y’all know, I made it and the dish definitely needs more seasoning.

You have to boil them slightly less than what the package calls for. Slightly tougher than al dente. The moisture from the rest of the ingredients will finish cooking them

My trick to any pasta that needs to go into the oven after you boil it first (ex. The lasgnsa roll) is to boil it for half of the cooking instructions. If it says 12-14 minutes only boil it for 6/7 minutes - the pasta stays firm and is easier to work with when doing a casserole.

Made the meatball garlic knots so cheesy and saucy. I added red and orange bell peppers and onions worchestire sauce and bread crumbs to my meatballs. It was a hit my 7year old loved them.

Alfredo sauce is just a lot butter, cream, cream cheese, and some seasonings. You could look up an Alfredo recipe and make that or a cream cheese sauce would work like you said. I'm sure it would taste good with a basic tomato sauce as well. Hope this helps! :)
