Octavia has held the #2 spot since early season 1, when she overtook Finn for the position I believe. This makes Bellamy the 3rd person to ever hold #2 on this channel (If memory serves). I think you could've quoted Indra speaking to Octavia in the Season 2 finale rather nicely: "you are no longer my second"😂

"The way he looks at her" What is happening to you this season, Logan?? The Bellarke shipper in you is scaping all the time now! I'm loving it!! Ok, this is what I think about Octavia: she is a badass, yes... but she is also a brat. An we can totally blame Bellamy for that; he spoiled her, she grew acustumed to always having him there for her, no matter what. Octavia can beat him up (WHICH WAS UNACCEPTABLE), ignore him, treat him badly for months, threaten his life multiple times and blame him for everything bad to ever happen in her life but she knows that when she needs, Bellamy will be there do give everything he has for her. And of course his behavior is not wrong; she is his little sister, his only family, should be his priority, but the thing is that in Octavia's mind the reciprocal is not true. She doesn't think, not even for a second, that she needs to do anything to deserve his love. Her common behavior is being mean to him and treat him really badly, and then when he helps or saves her she'll throw him crumbs of affection and everything will be just fine. And soon enough she'll go back to the beginning, is a vicious cycle. I think is clear by now that Octavia will not grow up and will not change this behavior, so Bellamy need to put an end to this, and I think the whole Echo situation will be the start of this. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Bellarke shipper and I know they are endgame, but I don't think Becho is this repulsive and unbelievable couple that everybody is so disgusted by. Six years is a lot of time. Time enough for Bellamy to get to know the real Echo and understand the motives behind everything she did, and time enougth to really start considering her like familly and actually fall in love with her. And why I know he does love her, I also know he won't cast her aside, not even for Octavia, and I really hope this will make Bellamy see that he can't continue sacrificing himself for his sister, at least not until she actually deserves it. But let's see where this goes ;)

McCreary is Murphy's shadow self. He is what Murphy could have become, and could still become if he abandons hope and embraces his dark side. Dioza is the same for Clarke. I think that is why they are instantly such great villains. It especially makes me like both Murphy and McCreary more to contrast how noble Murphy is (despite his best efforts) against the truly villainous McCreary that Murphy keeps pretending to be. The way I see Murphy, Justice has always mattered heavily to him. Justice failed him on the Ark, when his parents died, and the only replacement available to him was revenge. On the ground, he thought he could regain Justice by abandoning the Ark's corruption, but again, it was taken away from him, and again, revenge the only substitute he had. I think he thought Justice was dead forever, but then Arkadia came down, and Justice was alive again, but now Murphy had blood on his hands. He was on the wrong side of Justice, and no pardon could make that right. He had cut himself off from Justice, and has been punishing himself for it ever since. He always comes up with a selfish excuse for doing good things, because he doesn't think he deserves to be a good person. He thrives in world-ending scenarios, because he can be a hero, and call it selfish. He suffered on the Ark, because people were treating him like a good person, and there wasn't a selfish reason to be good. As long as Justice lives, Murphy will be a tortured, good man pretending to just 'be a survivor'. If Justice dies again, forever, all bets are off on how much like McCreary he would become. This episode heavily implies that the disease the prisoners are infected with causes violent outbursts, and that McCreary is infected, so I'm really interested to see if they start adding layers to his character. How did he get the way he is? Can it be reversed? And like Murphy, how will he react if it is reversed?! Also, I am excited by the possibility of you reacting to: 1. The Vampire Diaries 2. I agree about Octavia. I understand that she was trapped in the bunker for six years with Grounders, she had to survive and that, but she is suppose to be a leader and she DOES NOT act like a leader! She is making big mistakes!!

I can't believe you actually caught up, you're a beast! I'm scared Octavia is gonna make a play for Madi. We know she isn't gonna get along with Bellamy and Clarke this season and it would be an easy way to hurt Clarke. Madi seems to idolize her and as the last true nightblood, I can see Octavia seeing her as a threat. I may be the lone wolf here, but I really wish people would lay off on Bellamy/Echo. Don't get me wrong, I love Bellarke, I've shipped them since season one and their absolutely endgame for me. But nearly every ship on this show is messy as hell. Kane tried to kill Abby. Lexa betrayed Clarke. Clarke left Bellamy's sister for dead multiple times. Murphy shot Raven. Yet people have no problems shipping them. 6 years is a long time. Let the showrunners tell their story guys, the worst thing they can do is give into fan service. Also, I need a full episode on just Madi & Murphy's adventures because their interactions were hilarious.

mlgnerd13 yeah people do...i see a lot of Bellarke shippers (obviously by far not everyone) use the argument "Echo tried to kill Octavia twice" to make them seem like this messy, unhealthy, toxic couple as if almost every other ship in this freakin show hasn't tried to kill each other or one of their loved ones

Echo trying to kill Octavia is definitely used as an excuse because Becho is getting in the way of Bellarke. I understand not liking the ship but the hate is over the top. A lot of fans feel entitled and when something doesn't go their way they rage at Jason and other producers on twitter. Again, Bellarke is my #1 but I enjoyed Clexa and I'm gonna enjoy Becho as well. These characters have been through so much, I choose to celebrate their happiness rather than complain when I'm not getting what I want.

My sad Octavia's #3 now but I totally understand it. So much has happened in the bunker over those 6 years and I want to know more about the Dark Year because I feel like that is going to be a big part of why she the way she is now. When Kane brought it up you could see it in her face how much it affected her. I think she also made a law that they can't talk about the dark year (because she said to Kane "you know the law") It mentally affected her very strongly and she probably still suffering from all she been through and what she had to do to survive and maintain order in the bunker. Probably has trauma and phycological damage beyond what she can control. I still love her she has always been my favourite, probably will always be my favourite, to be honest. I understand some of the choices she's had to make and though I didn't like what she said to Bellamy it shows that her people are her family now and she still maintains the mentality of the Red Queen episode. Her people come first as long as they are united and loyal to Wonkru. But you're right she is not a leader she even says it herself multiple times, she is a warrior and will maintain to be a warrior and fighter and will rule based on that. We all know that she's going to go downhill this season but I can't judge her or anyone else because we don't know all they been through and how it affected them mentally. I know many will dislike Octavia this season, even hate her but she's been through so much in her life that I'm not surprised with her actions.

Very true. SPN will be reaching their 300th episode next season (at season 14!), that would take Logan FOREVER to react to. I stopped watching the show after season 12, as the show really started to go downhill once Jeremy Carver took over in season 8 and then got worse after Dabb and Singer started to destroy it. I mean, the first 5 seasons are the best and they should have ended it when it was still good and not beat a dead horse, because now that's exactly what they're doing. As someone who was a hardcore fan for years, it was hard to stop watching and give it up, but they destroyed the characters IMHO and I can see Logan probably getting disappointed with SPN if he watches the entire thing. Really, the only reason why the CW continues to renew it is because of Jared and Jensen, it's their longest running show ever and as long as Jared and Jensen want to continue, they'll continue to renew it. Quantity does not equal quality. Really, SPN needs to take lessons from The 100.

The thing about Octavia is that she never wanted to be the leader. She said time and time again that she was a warrior and wasn't cut out to lead, but she was the one in the position to unite every clan and she just had to do it. For 6 years. I mean, she did the only thing she could: use the things she was good at to gain strengh and respect among her people. And, after 6 years of "you are Wonkru, or the enemy", I understand why she's having such a hard time to turn the switch off in her brain. Besides, we still know nothing about what happened inside the bunker, so... I mean, I desagree with her decisions and don't think she should continue to lead, but I also think that she was kind of thrown in the leader position and just had to go with it.

Wow, it’s crazy that you’re caught up now! And also exciting! Loved your reaction to Bellamy/Echo at the end, lol. That is so NOT the relationship that should be happening. I have faith in Bellamy and Clarke, though. I really appreciate that, even though you’ve been such a big fan of Octavia for so long, you’re not blind to her character’s flaws. I agree that what she said to Bellamy at the end was just plain wrong. And I think you’re right that she’s not necessarily a leader. She got thrown into that role, but it’s not something she was prepared for. Here’s my current top 10, if I’m including only alive characters: 1. Bellamy 2. Murphy 3. Im so disappointed you dropped Octavia. Everyone's watching this show at face value and not trying to understand individual reasoning. WTF is McCreary doing above Shaw. Hes psychotic. Shaw basically saved the entirety of Wonkru, without him freeing Murphy they wouldnt have got the warning out.

What Octavia said to her brother did it for me. That was unacceptable. McCreary being ahead of Shaw is because he is so good being so bad. He has already sold me on the fact that I hate his guts and he so good at it.
