I just bought one of these it looks nice the radio works, the bluetooth works with phone but won't properly so next with the tv. I can't get the auxilary.mode to work with my television matter what I try. Is there a button order you're supposed to use in order to get sound for the Eva cable connection? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hi. Try to disconnect any other BT connection before trying to connect theTV. If it works with the phone and your TV has BT, it should work. For the AUX mode, connect the cables and press the source button until you get to AUX.

is it possible to turn off voice reporting? The voice always plays at maximum volume, even if the speaker volume is set to minimum. This is very annoying.

Hello, Takumar. From our testing it was not possible to turn off or reduce the loudness of the power and mode switch voice prompts. We also agree that the prompts should be played back at the volume the sound bar is set at not at maximum.

Hi Carolyn. The remote does not need to be paired or anything of that sort to work with the sound bar. Try flipping the battery to see if that makes a difference. Also you can point the remote at your cell phone's camera and press the buttons. If the remote is working, you should see a purple light from the phone's camera view. If you do not see any light, then the battery may be incorrectly inserted/dead or the remote may be bad, for which case get in touch with the seller for a replacement. I hope that helps. Hi Baz. Make sure the sound bar is on "Bluetooth Mode" and also if you already have it paired to another device (eg: your phone) Unpair it from that device first and then try again.

I figured it out with wired to the tv mode. But everytime another video comes on KZbin it disconnects and in that annoying voice says the sound bar is ready to pair. So have given up as that voice annoys me and it won't stay connected.

Baz T -------I bought it about a year ago, had no problem connecting to it and staying connected to it for hours of enjoying music, the only problem I have is when my phone stops playing the soundbar disconnects the Bluetooth and it won't connect back or turn off

Hello, Brenna. How are you trying to connect the sound bar to your TV? Using the audio cable or through Bluetooth?
