Great video, can you please tell me, is there a method I can use to move emails from a specific sender to a label of my choice? I have a Label called General, however emails I received from a specific person I want to move to their own Label which I have created. There are years of emails from this person so doing this one by one would be very labor intensive. Thanks for any advice you can offer. Much appreciated..!

Yes, you can certainly do this. You will need to create a Filter. And on the final step, check the option to apply it to all existing emails. This video can show you how to do so: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iWq4maVth82sn68

Great question. Just use the checkboxes to select the emails you want, and then add the label by selecting the Labels icon at the top of the screen.

The count beside the labels only refers to the number of unread messages. If all messages have been read, no number will be displayed.

You can search for these emails and then select the Trash icon. This will send them to the Trash Bin where you can manually delete them or wait 30 days until they will automatically be deleted.
