Simplex 4903-9220 Horn/Strobe

They used to have these in the kindergarten hallway at my elementary school x2 and simplex pulls used to be all around the school until the got replaced by the rebrand wheelock (Siemens) horn strobes they were my favorite system but they still have them at the other elementary schools

Actually, it uses a slightly different type of mechanism than the 2901-9838 or the 2901-9833. But it does sound very similar.
