Simplicity Broadmoor mower

I purchased the same Simplicity Broadmoor 38 inch deck new in 1997! Still using it to this day! Deck rotted out about 5 years ago, I guess from not keeping it cleaned out underneath. I did purchase a new deck pan(around $500.00) for it. I have had a few starting problems over the years. Ground came loose under motor & small engine mechs missed diagnosis it, until finally found someone who figured out ground was loose. However, it was never a quick starting machine, always took a lot of cranking to get it to fire up. Kohler 14 HP, motor. I would like to get a few more years out of it. Great cut as long as it has good blades.

I have a 1990 broadmoor with a 16 HP brigs and a snow plow its a great machine.

I have a 1997 model, purchased in 1998, with a hydro 15hp by Kohler. When I'm not experiencing ignition problems it runs great. However I had several times over last several years where u can't get it started. It happened last year so unhook to shop this year. Ran fine for 2 months and all the sudden it won't start again. I think I'm going to permanently retire it.

hey man, could you highlight a few levers and things on the mower on a video please, because i have the same mower but it has a 44 inch deck with a 16 hp briggs and stratton engine, but i have not put the mower on yet because i need to change the blades. I got the mower from my grandpa and becaused he passed away a month ago, i cannot get get any info from him, so you mind showing me what nobs do what and what levers do what, i mean, show me stuff someone would not notice right away on the mower

i have no fuel in my new filter. the pump is working. cant figure ouy why i have no fuel flow.,,,91 model with 16hp briggs vanguard vtwin,,44"

I purchased mine in May 1998 and the mowing desk is rusted or rotted beyond repairs. Kinda funny, I just got new blades this year! Looking for a used deck (simplicity used 38" mowing deck 1692682). My Tractor actually is a Simplicity Broadmoor V14 Hydro 1693052 / Serial # 00012 About parts ... Heck, they are easy to find once you have your tractor Model Number.

I have a 38" mower deck for sale. It is a Simplicity and it fits my Broadmoor Hydro 14 lawn mower. Right now I have the 42" deck on the mower and I prefer using it over the 38". Are you interested?

i have the same mower and just cant find the right size belt for the drive belt do you now what size it is

No idea, they can measure it at any small engine place. Just take it in.

If I could get mine to turn like that I'd be happy! That's as close to zero turn as you can get on a tractor

Yeah, super shard turn radius. However, my neighbor sold it last year for $500. Still in same condition as this video. What a steal.
