It's not 6-1 that would equal 5 but it's 1-6 therefore making it negative number so 1-6= -5

the only way to do it is natural log. Or you if its a simple interest problem (which its not, but it thought it would help ) you do P(1+r) and on a calculator and see how many times you click equals before it goes above A. that is how you find an exponent. Sorry a year late :)

ShayLover 614 6/9 can be simplified to 2/3. You can find a common value (which the Greatest common factor is 3, they can both be divided by 3) so they are the same thing just simplified

Chris Jerico it says -2-(-6) which means -2+6 and since positive 6 is bigger then negative 2 you subtract 2 from 6 and it becomes positive 4
