I just got version 2.2 via Mod (I play on an Amazon Fire OS, so 2.2 isn't officially here yet) and was instantly overwhelmed. It took me 3 years to learn how to use a Move Trigger. 3 hours to learn the Quantum Mechanical Model of the Atom, 3 minutes to figure out the Gradient... Nope! I couldn't make the Gradient take up less than the entire screen. I made the Bulge 12x more intense, flipping and inverting the screen in a crazy bubble, then got lost in the editor before disabling camera effects. I don't even recognize the new Stop Trigger interface, which I used a lot on Color Triggers. Somehow, RobTop even made the Teleport system complicated, but that's simply by necessity. I spent an hour trying to figure out the Block Template, only to waste that hour. I actually made the last steps first and screwed up massively by having other objects in the level, and some screwed up the algorithm. I can't understand RobTop's decoration spree with *1200+ freaking decorative sprites* I got so used to the position of the Edit Buttons that I kept mistaking Flip Horizontal with 5 Step Right. Oddly enough, I thought the camera hue triggers would be more complicated, but my device has only 620 MB RAM. I can barely handle Dash's Chromatic Aberration without lagging. Luckily the RAINIX mod includes No Shaders as a setting, including Always Platformer. Funny, but of course RobTop had to "fix" the Swing so that it only works in standard levels.

is there a way to make things that follow you collide with stuff they run into? like example: something is chasing me and i juke it out but then it goes through a wall that isn't colliding with it could you please make a way to have it collide to make it more fair?

I've mainly been using it to keep the player within the camera area in platformer levels with fewer collision blocks. you can use two advanced follow and four blocks to keep the player within any area you want. It's really neat. I'm not sure my brainpower goes beyond using it like that though.

Wow, looks like I significantly *undersold* the difficulty of this trigger if anything, that's way more options with different abilities and use cases than I initially realized. I know that the presets kinda trivialize this thing's difficulty a bit, but in terms of raw configuration possibilities, it's way harder than its peers like instant collision or area move. And SFX triggers are way more intuitive too, literally all you need to do is find the appropriate effect and... There's no step 2.

wouldnt gradient trigger be the most complex? since you can make 3d levels instead of raycasting which saves triggers and time?

Advanced Follow has the most features in it which is a pretty common starting point for something like that. However I explain more about why that’s not *all* there is to a ‘complex’ trigger in the video ^^
