Decent video but at 4:36 you don't really explain how and why your x^2-2x-15 can be factored out to (x-5)(x+3). "We want the factors of -15 to add to the factors of -2. How are -5 and 3 factors of -2?

3-5= -2. So (x+3)(x-5); FOIL- First Outside Inside Last.

Apologies, but at 6:13 how do you get -10 from postive 2 and -4?

2 and -4 are the factors of -8 so that the inner and outer products give us the -10x. (3x+2)(x-4) Notice 3x(-4) + 2(x) = -10x.
