Another great video! My daughter, her husband, and my 2 granddaughters live in Sarasota. I usually stay at Mayakka River State Park when I visit her. While in Sarasota did you by any chance visit Marie Selby Botanical Gardens? My daughter was married there. Also, Mote aquarium is another cool spot to visit. I agree with you to avoid Siesta Key Beach if you want something less crowded and a place to park! And the Crab and Fin restaurant on St. Armand circle is a great spot for seafood.

Sarasota ah I just missed you, I knew you would love my Sarasota (srq). I just moved in Feb after living there for 46 yrs. And there is so much more to see and do. Try Gentle Giant dog food sold at walmart. My sisters dog is 7 and runs around like a puppy. Lived in lakewood ranch, so do the clydesdale horses in the winter, private though. Had been given a polo horse that was retiring from matches. I loved it there. Did you get the chicken, walnut, grape salad from mortons, it's the best thing ever, That area was my stomping grounds as a kid. I'm so happy you enjoyed some of what srq has to offer, you must visit again. peace

Love your videos. In regard to the snap pads, what if you drilled a hole towards the top edge of the pad above the surface of the metal foot. Then installed a 1/4" stainless steel bolt all the way across to the other side of the pad. Do that for the front and back if the pad. I think the pad would stay secured no problem. Just a thought.

Suggestion for the stability feet. Place a piece of 2x4 under half of the foot and use a hammer to tap or adjustable wrench closed to bend the foot flat. Or, place the wood in the center and pry both sides down at the same time. By the the way Eileen and I have friends in Bradenton and we have been to Leto beach several times. Parking can be a problem. But is some of the best sand anywhere.
@brianhubbard64233 жыл бұрын
Always great to see Tory. Swaging the 70's look dude and Charlie looking lean with the new haircut. Caleb as normal great entertaining. Just bend the pads flat and save a buck. The Township I retired from has a Polo center and holds a few events each year. Keep the rubber on the road. Safe travels and God bless.
@tomcravillion15393 жыл бұрын
Just noticed: you are using your paddles backwards! I know it seems to be the opposite, but the blade stays in the water longer & gives you more push with less fatigue. Also-check out Owns Fish Camp next time for a real classic treat-arrive early!

Caleb was using correctly and Mark if you'll notice has his GoPro mounted on the shaft so he just has it flipped temporarily for footage capture 😉

I personally like the orange blocks because the LESS you have crank down the stabilizing pads, the more stable the RV. I try not to crank them down more than 4". When I used to only use one pad per stabilizer, I could still feel the RV shake... With a stack of orange blocks and only cranking down a few inches, the RV is rock solid!
