Tip - I have a board on my fridge for meal planning. One column on the board is used for writing left over food items in the fridge. Trust me it has saved us so many meals and guilt of throwing away fav food itens

Yep thank you , being a working woman its difficult to prepare breakfast and lunch every day ,i too do some prep mostly one day before actually i used to think that fresh veg cutting and fresh making food but some time we get up late in morning and on that day its difficult so one day before i will prefer to cut veg and store them,dough making and keep in fridge etc

​@@SimplifyYourSpacePlease never wash jeera it will wash away it's entire flavour.If in doubt try washing it's little quantity won't taste like it has to be.If u want to clean it keep some on dry cloth by and clean by rubbing it . better yet buy your whole spices from organic sites such as bio basics or goodness farm also check out its other products all r genuine we are using them for past 4 yrs.

I liked your idea, you are just perfect. It inspires me very much. One suggestion, never keep dosa batter in the fridge. Make it fresh every time because storing batter in the fridge leads to high in sugar. Later people will become victim of diabetic , it's my suggestion.

Thank you! No dear it is a false information. In south India people make batter in Wet stone grinder which is a slow and cold grinding that can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days.
