People can like the video. Even 10 mins into the video, it seems very helpful. So, there is no hard and fast rule that someone have to watch the whole tutorial to like the video. Similarly when we watch a movie, if someone just watches 15mins and then decides not to watch anymore, can still give a rating to the movie on imdb.

Is it possible to create a program that browse a youtuber channel to select specifics videos tutorials links e.g : tutorial_python part 1 (select link by checkbox ), tutorial_python part 2 (select by checkbox ) and copy all selected links to paste in notepad or another program. sometimes I need to download tutorials and sometimes the videos are badly organized, disorganized. The difference in the output you are seeing between Jupyter and PyCharm may be due to the version of Python that is being used. The len() function was introduced in Python 1.4, but older versions of Python may not have this function built-in. So if you are running an older version of Python on PyCharm it may not have the built-in len function.
