Simply Incredible, This is Why I Fly FPV! | Hiking | Skiing | Long Range Drone Mountains

This was all shot in a single day, woke up, went hiking, skiing, tractoring', and captured some really nice footage with a GoPro mounted to my Chimera 7 FPV Quad.
The winter in Norway is really quite magical when the snow falls on the mountain tops, and the sun comes out to play!
I usually post How To, Test, and Review videos, but honestly this is why I love the FPV Hobby, simply impossible and breathtaking shots of unbelievable places!

Highly recommend GoPro 11 if you post any vertical social media post.

Yup, I do my best to avoid hikers, but these are the neighbors and fortunately they like the videos. Its definitely nice to get a smile and wave from folks with this hobby. Not often the case, but also up to us to avoid people best we can… Appreciate the comment, cheers!

Yea it’s a private forest road, but we carve cross country ski tracks up there in the winter for the locals to use. A really nice trail with lots of scenic spots. Thanks for noticing the sound edits, and leaving a comment. Appreciate the support, cheers!

@@GiantAntCowboy yeah, if you're flying long range, well, I don't know how you do it, my nerves would be shot at the first hint if static. What are you flying, analogue, dji etc? Lower would be cool, though the snow blowing across the ridge looked awesome from that altitude.

I don’t post very often (like once a month lately) because I spend way too much time producing each video… but I have a certain vision for my each episode, and don’t like to rush things. @@GiantAntCowboy I´ll stay tuned, 100%. It´s definitely worth the time you spend on your videos. I´ve just started with Final Cut Pro and the first steps of color correction and grading - so I just begin to understand how much effort you put into your content.

@@themoggidriver yea, FCPX is great, that’s what I use. It’s a whole other hobby, I often have 30-40hours of editing in my longer videos. Even a short one like this one probably took 10+ hours… but I just obsess with details that I’m sure most people barely notice. I enjoy the learning and pushing new skills, so that’s half the time spent. At some point I’ll do a video about my favorite FCPX tips and lessons learned. But there so many good resources. Check it a guy called “Serge M”, really great easy to follow tips!
