Simply Pandan Cupcakes

In this video I made delicious but simply pandan cupcakes. The pandan gives a beautiful green color to the cupcakes, you can also use suji leaves. So fluffy & light!
I bake this cup cake time and time again
my children love it!also good alternatif for heatty snack because not so sweet!
These cupcakes don't contain food coloring, you can add for greener color or use suji leaves. Definitely try this cupcake recipe!
I baked them for 10 mins in a cupcake maker but you can use an oven!

Ingredients:
10 cm fresh pandan leaves/padan extract
1 spoon pandan aroma(optional)
150 ml coconut cream from kara
200 gr flour(cake flour/patiserie flour)
100 gr milk powder
1teaspoon green food coloring(pandan)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cornflour
3 spoons of water
6 large eggs
Tip:
1.This pandan cake can strore for 1 week in fridge,if you make some more just double the recipe.
2.When you do not have pandan leaves just pandan extractst,you fine by asian supermark store.
3.if you live in souht east Asia you bought suji leave for green coloring is natural.just give good wash and add bit water to blabd and sieve.you any food dishes you liked!
