Saw Simply Red live in december 2016. I'd bought two tickets and my hubby didn't want to see him live :( So, i took another friend, whose husband had died a year previously. We had a fantastic time and his voice is astonishing! So glad I didn't miss it. And very happy Mick's found a lovely wife and has kids now. He deserves every happiness!

This is one of those rare, timeless songs that reminded you of what was to come before you actually lived it. Holding back the years came out when I was around 21.
