I absolutely loved this video! I’m a new SAHM with a 4 week old and I could relate to almost everything you said. Hard time eating with a newborn, unusually messy bedroom, crying when it gets really stressful etc etc. It feels good to know I’m not alone😭

The first couple of months with a newborn is soo hard. I can’t even believe you are filming and editing. You are killing it mama! All I would do when I had my son was wash bottles, and pick up a bit. It’s going to get easier. Xox

@@TheBeastly06 lol I know the feeling. First son hard because first. Second was dreamy he fit right in and everything ran smoothly. Third son 😨😂 so feisty at 17 months it's starting to get a bit easier. In hindsight the two oldest were so sweet and calm. Since birth I wondered does this little guy have adhd. Well if he does he'll have to do some sports lol. And that's what we'll do and he climbs on everything. Acceptance and adaptation rofl. Big hugs

When I had my first baby I let everything else go by the waste-side and just focused on the baby. My husband filled in the gaps for the things I would normally do. Once he got a bit older I was much more in synch with a routine that worked for everyone. You are doing great just enjoy this time they are only newborns for a short moment.

You're doing great! I have a 6.5 month old and for me every leap she has been fussy, some worse than others. I noticed that she got a lot better around 3 months. But like others have said it's just amazing to see what they are able to do as they develop. Smiles and laughs and rolls and interactions. It makes the crying and fussiness worth it ❤

My baby girl is 7 weeks old and has been having fussy days here and there! Sometimes she only sleeps 3 hrs during the night and goes back to normal during the day/afternoon. I never thought about those leap periods from the wonder week app until a week ago and omg now it all makes sense why my baby girl gets so fussy certain times. Having a newborn is so rough but so beautiful ♡

I have a 6 month old and she’s always been a super happy baby! She hardly ever cries but at around 7/8 weeks she was super fussy especially at night when it was bedtime! It only lasted about a week so I’m not sure if it was a wonder weak/developmental leap or what...so that could be what he’s going through! You’ve got this 😊

Hey hun. It will get so much easier. It was difficult in the beginning for me as well, but it’s all worth it. You got this! Can I give you some advise? I know KZbin is your job and you may feel like you have to upload the usual days, but you should take some time off and just concentrate on you and the family. Please don’t take this negatively. I just feel like just like every job you take a month or 2 or even 3 months off so you can rest and settle and figure the whole mama thing out. I love you and your channel, just want to see you thrive that’s all ❤️ thanks for being such a boss 😘

My baby girl was born same day as your Forrest and we are in the 2nd leap and it’s been BRUTAL! If you don’t already have the wonder weeks app it definitely explains everything they are going through and it’s pretty interesting. It’s always lined up with what she’s going through. And I also took the Taking Cara Babies class, the “SITBACK” has helped us stretch the night feeds and she’s been doing 5 hours plus. Major win! You are doing amazing though mama, and even though this leap is tough we will come out on the other side. And according to everyone around me, we will miss these times so I keep trying to remind myself that and take advantage of her being this small every day. Best of luck with the leap, just know you are not alone 💓

I'm a first time mother and my son just turned 5months yesterday. And O-M-G ! Its crazy how the time does really fly! The days and night seem sooooo long, but next thing u know it BAM! I'm still at shock! The growth spurts r hard. And cluster feeding worn me out. But u guys get ur groove later and he gets on a schedule. Id like to say it gets a little easier, but seriously treasure this stage, or all his stages. Cause they do grow FAST! Lpve ya girl, keep doing u mama!

You’re doing great girl! I’m a first time mom of a 3 1/2 month old..I’ve learned that probiotics have drastically helped my baby. I started him at 1 month old, he was always gassy and his tummy would always make him feel uncomfortable.. I understood that his G I tract was still trying to adjust and it’ll probably be a while before his tummy felt normal. I spoke to his pediatrician and they gave me the ok👌🏻 he hardly spits up and he feels better ever since I started him on it. I try to always keep him upright for at least 10 mi after a feed and burp him as well..he hardly ever spits up. Just some recommendations if you’d like to take them😊

Before Baby: OCD After Baby: We've given up! Lol... parenthood is no joke, but it's the best experience that anyone can have. Babies teach us a lot and show us that You are doing such a good job, but try to get your rest when he is resting sometimes. Maybe you can take a quick cat nap during his first nap and then, tackle everything during his second nap. You will find your rhythm, trust me. And, try not to worry too much about him and sleeping habits. It will drive you crazy when he is totally fine.

You're doing wonderful. I enjoy watching your videos while I nurse my own baby, she is only a month old, so I can relate to those long nights. I was wondering where do you get the music for your videos? thanks!

You’re an amazing mama! It’s very normal for babies to have a fussy time in the evening. 😘

I have 3 sons, 18yo, 12yo, & 7yo - i also have never heard of this leap thingy you talked about! I had to google it 😅 So basically it's what we "older" mommas refer to as developmental/coordination milestones. But also, mine never cried much unless they were hungry or needed a diapy change 🙌 Oh oh, have you tried doing his nails while he sleeps? That way they arent so wiggly!
