Never max out your special at the beginning of the game and always go for nine endurance There’s implants you can buy from the clinic that raise your special by one so when you max it out in the beginning, you are wasting a point And nine endurance is needed to get all implants

In fact no it's obsidian, Bethesda just published it.

@@yeetneet5334 but it was made in the same patch worked game engine and under a time limit imposed by bethesda so even with all the bugs that you would find in this you would find in 3 since it had to do with the game engine itself already showing its age
