The problem with pressure washers isn't that they can cut, but that they are injecting UNCLEAN water, debris, and bacteria directly under your skin in a high pressure blast. Plus as the gun was already a magazine in the gun that was likely loaded, meaning the bolt would be locked forward with a round in the chamber. You can't load a Thompson with the bolt forward, so that would just fuck up the whole mess.
