Had the same issue in the Vauxhall version of this van, it had melted the terminal pins on top of the tank sender unit

This can be caused by over charging of the alternator result of the heater plugs relay going bad this will cook your fuel pump connector pins on the plug as the alternator is pumping out 15.9 v +.

Was kann es sein wenn die Kraftstoffanzeige nicht mehr geht? Sie steht auf Null und die Lampe leuchtet. Pumpe wurde schon gewechselt, neues Tacho ist auch eingebaut....

Hi ive got a much older 2.5 dti movano 2003. Running fine and all of a sudden driving aling glow plug light comes on and it cuts out. All i'm getting is p1653 glow plug permanent. Fuel is pouring out of filter when pipe is removed. Cams turn fine. Any suggestions. Could it be a faulty in tank pump. Wont start at all.

Great video mate thanks. Can you please tell me if you have diagram for vauxhall vivaro 2.0 cdti 2012? I have error code DF067 injection multiplexed emission missing and oil pressure fault on speedometer. The van crank but no fire. No ecu communication, but before I have DF015 main relay control circuit short circuit to hearth.. Thanks

Fuel seems to run back into tank when standing ,Will start if you use prime valve and it will run all day no problem ,valves in fuel filter canister with live wire ,could it be these valves or pump in fuel tank thanks Al .

Hello buddy Need you advise please Im going into a new courier carrier & i'm looking at buying a 2012- 2015 Renault master. Seen a lot of positive videos on you tube but read quite a few negative comments from old customers. Main issues are gearbox failing, and other problems. @@SimplyDiagnostics I have a Renault master 2015 Motorhome been sat few weeks started it yesterday moved it went back to it few hours later just cranks over there’s pump in the tank same as video and plug no noise from pump and no fuel feeding to filter at all was late so haven’t looked at the plug Ect yet but Is it just the 20amp fuse or is there also a relay really appreciate your help due to go away in few days thanks

It's inbuilt in the UPC.

@pocketrocket1 turned out my pump had already been replaced before I bought the van, who ever done the work used solder connectors which were poorly done and must have been juggling loose. Has been running well know since repair although very little miles have been done so fingers crossed

Hi my dad got a vauxhall movano 2.3 dci , year 2012. When he drove the van up to speed engine light came on with stop symbol also a car symbol with a wrench inside of it and also injection fault. Is there any common issues with these vans or any suggestions what it could be? Thanks in advance.

Hi the common problem with these that causes that fault is a failed silicon hose underneath the van on the pressure sensor connected to the back of the dpf. The sensor s on the body and the exhaust rocks fracturing the short silicon hose . Very common fault on these. Crawl under the van you will see the small 8mm pipe and sensor . Hope the helps Paul.

Hi I've got the vivaro 19 dti 2004 that just lost exceleration when pressing the throttle before cutting out a few minutes later. The van starts and runs and excelerates for about 3 to 4 minutes definitely be starved of fuel. Could it be the fuel rail pressure sensor. Thanks Shaun.

Highly unlikely. Advise taking it to a suitably experienced and qualified technician, it's money well spent.

Hi thanks for the reply lve had it checked diagnostically and it's showing as low pressure on the fuel rail section although the technician did explain the fault could be a number of things. Just wanted a second opinion and have you repaired anything similar to this type of fault. Thanks Shaun.

@@sahampson65hampson33 it sounds like you've had a code read. A proper diagnosis involves multiple tests and evidence gathering to prove the fault cause. On this vehicle it could be any number of things including a corroded wire. I wouldn't be doing you any favours by guessing what it might be. Sorry.
