Awesome video. I’m with trans plus too. In terms of gel v pills, there’s not much difference between the two, but if you’re older, taking the pills may increase your chances of clotting and things like that, so the gel is safer. It only takes about 5 mins for the gel to be absorbed into the bloodstream and transported around the body to do its thing!

For me I needed a stronger dosage anyway it’s different for all people but I feel it’s easier to take a tablet instead of apply gel x

@@_itsdani one pump of gel is less than half the oestrogen you’d get from half a 2mg oestrogen pill. Pills are generally more convenient to take but bc I’m older than you, they’re not really an option unfortunately. I’m only 7-8 weeks in but some changes are happening very quickly on a low dose which is very exciting!

@@RobinPalmerTV For me I've been prescribed 4mg because I'm low anyway. In my opinion its easier and simpler for tablets but as I say its different for everyone xx

if it helps anyone -we are a great sisterhood I wrote this article a while back if I may post it here Trans gendering If it helps anyone or you want to know or learn more about this subject there are a number of very difficult decisions and choices to make which I outline below. Being diagnosed with gender dysphoria or knowing you have it is like being diagnosed with cancer-I should know having lost 2 wives to it. Eg. You have breast cancer A. Start chemo straight away 40% +- of that working B. We have to lop off your breasts (yes your lovely ladies) or other bits but you will still need A. (A & B are not really mutually separate) maybe 80% +- chance of that working. C. Don't do A or B we give you 6 months to a year +- to live. You have gender dysphoria A. You could take ant-depressants for the rest of your life (but they will never take away the underlying causes of your depression, anxiety, dysmorphia, etc. B. Transgender. Take hrt and testostone blockers C. If you don't do A or B you will die younger unhappy depressed and may even take your own life. (80% +-of people with gender dysphoria have suicidal thoughts 40% +- attempt it) 1. Dealing with one's depression, dysmorphia, etc. -this may be caused by home life e.g. a very lazy wife who won't help you clean the house -the financial reasons-The cost of living, etc. - feeling you are in the wrong body -the list is endless. In my case, I went to see many psychiatrists after many 2-hour long sessions (at my personal expense)a report was sent to my GP. My GP said she could prescribe anti-depressants but as she pointed out they might help alleviate the depression but would not remove the root causes of my depression. She suggested to me that I might want to transgender. Leave it with me I said and in one day that is the decision I took. 2. Sadly there is a 5-year waiting list to even be seen by the NHS gender clinic in London (that's just to see a shrink aka a physiatrist before you can progress on your journey to be who you want to be). 450 people a month are added to their list. So go private at a personal expense which is what I chose to do. Not to mention 7 million people awaiting routine operations in the UK. 3. Getting 3 monthly blood tests and being prescribed the correct levels of hormones was a big battle for me but I get all that done by my GP now (having threatened to report my practice to the medical council if they didn't). 4. The next hardest thing is probably telling people close to your family and friends that you are transgendering -It's not quite the same as coming out as Gay or Lesbian which is more an overnight decision. 5. Then going M2F you have to get your body hair removed. I have tried all sorts of epilating, electrolysis, and shaving and finally now settled on Laser hair removal -along with many many cis-gendered women. The average woman spends £35000 on hair removal in a lifetime in the UK. For the guys out there if you shave daily for work add up the cost of your razors, it's on a par with having a daily cup of coffee at Starbucks or Costa. It takes about 9 months to finally get the hair dead and that's mainly the face. One can consider a Hollywood or a Brazillian etc but I'm not going there as I have done that using IPL treatment. 6. Voice feminization and any surgeries one might want are hard and costly. Not all transgender people choose any others to do. Just having my teeth girlified or implants etc takes time and costs money actually in my case more than FFS (facial feminisation surgery- from brow lifts to hair implants, hairline lowering to Rhinoplasty to lip uplifts to jaw shaving and tracheal shaves ++) and or SRS(sexual reassignment surgery some times called Gender affirmation surgery- 4 main procedures here M2F one takes their pick 1 in 4500 women in the UK are born without a vagina. take your pick Vaginoplasty without vaginal depth, SRS-PPV Penile Peritoneal Vaginoplasty, Vaginoplasty with a scrotal skin graft, or Sigmoid Colon Vaginoplasty). Breast augmentation and liposuction can be considered too. 7. So after all the above is in progress one can start the fun parts. Makeup, your style (women have a Vast range here-from one's bras (as one's boobs grow on hormones)60% of UK women wear the wrong size bra. to panties to dresses to leggings, high heels shoes the list is endless but it's the lovely part of the journey. 8. Finally when all the above is well progressed deciding at what point one wants to actually present as a woman/ or man -depending on which way one is transgendering. I love having boy days and girl days. Changing your name or pre-nouns, passport, driving license, etc must also be considered. I chose MX instead of MS or Miss. 9. For me now personally having only started in Feb 2022 I would say I was at around 5/6/7 points. I have never been happier and finally found my true self. Just be yourself and you can be whoever to all the haters out there I'll be what I want to be. Being diagnosed with gender dysphoria is like being diagnosed with cancer. They are both deep inside things and need treating. I'll add here the effects of taking feminisation hormones HRT + testosterone blockers. Top-down. A. One's hair will become silkier and softer. B. A lot of women don't even know this but women have slightly larger eye pupils (varies between 0-3mm- the average is .01 mm). But what does change is one's spacial awareness - women see things differently to men, especially in terms of heights distances, and objects. Reverse parking is a lot harder for me now so less of the crappy women driver stuff it was never easy. I know bus drivers who have transgendered with the same issues. C. Your face will change as in fill out a bit more (lovely cheeks to bronze highlight etc. D. Your skin becomes lovely and soft as the pores close. One's smell changes too as well as the amount one sweats. Remember men sweat-Officers perspire and women glow. E. One's boobs grow. This can be painful and the growth varies. HRT taken by a male puts one through female puberty. F. A lovely effect is that your muscles and fat all start to re-distribute to one's butt and hips- away goes the 6 pack lol. G. One may find that you go down about half a shoe size -hormones won't change your bone structure(not often experienced but over time you might-I have noticed a slight change)it's more to do with points above really. In terms of what you call a person transgendering be careful here. I prefer just to be called by my name Alex(it's UNI)-Others change their names by deed poll. I prefer she/her but currently, I am nonbinary gender fluid and I won't personally take offense at him/his. I do resent the terms Tranny or Queer-Trans is fine. Tranny is reserved for Transvestites and Queer well I can name many Queer people in the world Putin Boris, Van Gough, etc. No transgendering people would say they are Queer. There are Transvestites, crossdressers, Drag Queens/artists then there are Gays and lesbians, and finally cis-gendered women and men. Transgendering is NOT something one suddenly decides to do. It can take years and is very costly too. It has NOTHING to do with the idea that one is a failed male now trying to live a life as a woman. Most UK GPS and about 97% of the UK population have no idea what Gender Dysphoria is or how it gets treated. Some definitions around the subject. Gender dysphoria aka a trans. is a term that describes a sense of unease that a person may have because of a mismatch between their biological sex and their gender identity. This sense of unease or dissatisfaction may be so intense it can lead to depression and anxiety and have a harmful impact on daily life. Transvestite aka a tranny. Someone who dresses in the clothes usually worn by the opposite sex. Transvestites may be bisexual, heterosexual, or homosexual Crossdresser A crossdresser (CD) is a person who likes to wear clothing and accessories associated with the opposite sex. More of a fetish overnight thing etc. eg. the husband trying on his wife's lovely silky panties etc. Mainly done secretly but not always. Drag Queen/artist A drag queen is a person, usually male, who uses drag clothing and makeup to imitate and often exaggerate female gender signifiers and gender roles for entertainment purposes. Of course there are then cis gendered woman and men gays lesbians and swingers. Each to their own and God bless you all.
