When I had mine I caught dumpings from the juice its been 10 years I still can't drink juices, milk or mayo but it has been the best decision I have made for my health

Hi Ty! (A.A. County, Md here) I hope that your surgery went well and that you are recovering nicely! I absolutely love that you are bringing us along on this journey with you. Myself being very obese have often contemplated having this or the sleeve done and your videos are really so informative and helpful to me in deciding if this is the route I want to take. I tried doing it on my own and was able to lose 100 lbs with Keto but then Covid happened and I derailed. Eventually almost everything I lost came back. Trying to get back on track now and you are definitely motivating me more than you know. My pre Op diet is 6 months-1 year minimum before the surgery. You're lucky you only had to wait 20 days.

Heyy Ty..Keep it up!! I’m 4 weeks post op and it’s not easy as time goes by smh but it’s a blessing and a wonderful thing once you see how fast you’ll lose and the inches as well..you’ll be at a stall with weight lost but those inches will still be coming off..good luck boo 💕
