Thank you for posting content about this channel. It's VERY valuable. I'm not in the industry YET so here are some pros and cons assumptions. Am I off on any? Cons: 1. Billing for insurance 2. Staff turnover 3. Paper work bureaucracy with the state (licensing, compliance, accounting, payroll) Pros: 1. Lots of options (Seniors, Special Needs, Hospice, etc) 2. Lucrative (if you set up systems and hire good people) 3. Build great relationships with clientele (increases good will and referrals) Are any of my assumptions wrong.
