I tried 3 different colors, and 3 different techniques, and they definitely work best over gel. I did have slightly better luck with the SH black using a wedge makeup sponge rather than a sponge-tip applicator, for those who don't want to use gel for whatever reason.

It comes in holo and it peels off in one piece and it's actually really nice.10/10 recommend and yes it's real holo not just glitter. YOU GOTTA TRY IT.
