Having a routine is a great way to calm nerves too. I personally look up at the sky right before the whistle blows cuz it helps calm my mind.

I do overthink sometimes, but theres situations that i'll get the ball and i stay quiet and loses the ball, because i do overthink about what am i going to do, but im working on it.. I will apply those breathing and meditation tips.

This happens me sometimes even tho i dont feel Any nervs, its strange but thanks for the video (videos). The first tip when you do something you cant explain is so true, sometimes i dont even remeber and guys can come and say how did you do that but i just did it naturly. This Will make me go further in matches, thanks again.

What I have to make sure for myself is that I’m having fun. Literally just try new things, especially in training, and relax. Seriously tho, when I’m nervous or think too hard my play goes everywhere and I get pissed on myself. I’m finding that when I have a bad met gal state at the time or am being to hard on myself I tend to iether give up or mess up. So yeah, again, pretend that coach isn’t their and it’s just you and your mates having a good time messing around. Ofcourwse by that I don’t mean be all silly but trust me on this one it really works. Be in the moment, not off the pitch... the best games are when’re you have nothing to loose...

The first tip, overthinking, is actually so true. Whenever I think about what to do, I usually have a bad touch or perform a bad pass. But whenever I don't think and do I play amazing and my passes, touch, shooting,etc is improved

I was watching your channel and I saw that video “How to deal with pressure before matches” and there you gave a tip that I should start visualizing my self playing before the match. And I did it today before my match and it worked so good . I was playing with no stress at all. Almost scored an wonderful goal. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN

It's not that i don't make regular mistakes, but it's because of how quickly i pick myself up and tell myself errors will often happen in football and it's okay, but what makes you a better player is recognizing where you made the mistake and quickly adapting and recovering from these errors, either by trying to win the ball immediately or making better decisions next time you have the ball.

I played 8 matches currently and around 5 outta those 8 I was confident and relaxed and I dominated. I carried my team and I was able to impress everyone, even opponents.

Another best way to improve confidence is to play more games including street games because like this you will gain more experience cause confidence also comes from experience.

all i remember is taking the ball down from a goal kick (the keeper assisted me)and then i was celebrating that i scored. my team mates said i touched the ball through the defenders legs and scored my 1v1 buti have no recollection of my thought process or anything . only that i scored. i’m not usually good at football i just play for fun but this is the best thing i’ve ever done and i can’t even remember it!

As a striker, i tell myself im gonna score before the game, assert my physical dominance on my opposite number early in the game, and make sure you shoot when you see the goal early to get the cobwebs out, my coach always says "you wont win the raffle without buying a ticket"

One time in a under 14 match I played we only had about 6 players and the other team had 11 my coach didn't reach yet or my gk so I had to play as the goalie I wasn't thinking about the game or how many player we had or didn't have I just played the game an lead the team as if I was the coach and we end up winning the match 5-1 and It was the FINALS!!

I have a question please..tbh this is a complex type of question. it happens with me .When I completely focus on winning the game or scoring a goal I try my 100% I even score 1 or 2 . But the problem is my technique is totally neglected when I give too much effort.But when I focus on technique be deciplined do everything right I just do not have an impact on the game

The First touches of the Game are the Most Important , Cause if you Start well with a nice pass Or touch you get more Confidence , only do safe things in the first few touches on the ball Because if you start with tricks and you lose the ball or smth the coach yells at you and then you start to get nervous , so if you arent very confident start your game with easy and safe plays and when you did some well plays no one is mad at you if you lose one ball or try smth out one time

I have the problem that i have great vision over the game when i have time and i can play good passes but since im a winger and sometimes a cam i get into dribbling situations quite often. Then i manage to get past 2 or maybe 3 players until the first one i passed gets back to me and gets the ball because i dont manage to get away fast enough. Now my issue is that i want to get past one or two players and then finish my play by passing to someone but i always have the tunnel vision then and even tho i know ive got to pass and i want to pass i dont do it.

I consider my self to be technically very good, that’s y I made the teams I did when I used to play. Though I disappointed in real matches no because I wasn’t good enough but never in form. So times in training I literally play like Messi but 9/10 I don’t. In matches sometimes I play very well but most of the time bad. And I realized that the games I play well I am confident, want the ball and dribbled a lot. However most of the time 1 bad dribble and I don’t want to make another mistake so I pass the ball 1 touch cuz I don’t wanna lose the ball.

I am a footballer and I usually am a right winger or a midfielder but in matches my coach puts me in defence. Im nervous because I think I’m going to do something wrong since I’m not used to playing this defence. If I do something wrong my teammates will blame me and I overthink when that happens

Now I know that this isn't about the video, but I just wanted to maybe get an answer on what to do when you feel you're not good enough, you don't have many who supports you and haven't had a great carrer so far. Or said in another way you really don't feel like you're going to make it to the top level or the level under even tho you train every day, do your best at training and doing decent in matches.
