Because they are. Some openers don't really react the way SimplyUnlucky does. They're just like, "Oh, cool, some really rare card only five people have. Awesome." But SimplyUnlucky shows genuine excitement when he opens his packs.

A Horus Lockdown follows a theme of Horus the Black Flame Dragon, and he comes in Levels 4 through 8. Think of Level 8 as the Jinzo for Spell Cards, except you can still use your own. The point of the Deck is to drastically hinder your opponent; you can use Level 8 to stop use of Spell Cards, Jinzo to stop Trap Cards, and I use Horus' Servant to negate effects that could target a Horus. Again, not the best strategist, but I think you get the idea.
