People who defy odds resonate with me for the reason that I too have gone through a lot to get to where I am today.
I derive strength and courage from people sharing stories of their journey. One such person that fascinates me is this lady, VP Leni Robredo.
Honestly, I am not obsessed with the idea of her winning, but am extremely obsessed with her reason for doing what she is doing dahil honestly hindi ko kaya ang ginagawa nya.

I like how she said "dapat ang tanungin" are her staff. And also that she admitted to being "demanding." Bad bosses are those who don't even realize they are demanding -- they see their employees scrambling to do their bidding as their due. An empathetic boss knows when they are demanding more from their employees but they also know what it costs -- in time, energy, etc. They demand more because the job demands more, as is often the case in public service.

Kung ikukumpara ko nga rin po kasi yung mga naunang interviews, mas may laman pa yung mga sagot ni Ping Lacson kysa kay Marcos Jr. Pero kung sapat na sa yo yung kokonting nagawa't nasabi ni Marcos Jr. at hindi mo na titignan yung totoong nagawa at abilidad ng ibang kandidato, nasa iyo na yan. Para sa akin naman po, base sa pagkilatis ko sa mga nagawa't naging asal ng mga kandidato mula nang sila ay nagsimulang manilbihan sa publiko at base sa plano't platapormang kanilang nailatag, kay Leni po ako. Hindi dahil popular siya, pero dahil may patunay na kaya niyang maging pangulo na tutugunan ang pangangailangan ng mga naghihikahos na Pilipino. Marami po kaming naniniwala kay Leni, maidagdag ko lang po. Hindi pa po kami nawawalan ng pag-asa. Salamat po sa oras at atensyon.
