I tried it today sakto pang new year, grabe chef ang saraaap ! As in ang sarap!!!!Ako whole na cream cheese nilagay ko! This might be the best version of this classic Filipino fave dish. I’ve never used bell pepper before, or vinegar. Like you, I mix the dressing first before adding the pasta. Putting the chicken w the pasta is genius. The prep time is the reason I feel tamad to make this dish especially when you have to boil & himay the chicken. Thanks Chef! ❤️🇦🇺

I omit the cream cheese...I also add pimiento...mince onion..i also omit the chicken medyo malansa. kasi chicken and instead i add some chopped sweet ham..i also add boiled eggs chopped.no need to put vinegar..season with salt pepper and sugar to taste.i also add some pineapple tidbits..

It’s ok to mix chicken breast to your Macaroni just prepare it well add salt to your Water and start boiling until it’s properly cooked no need to worry about Salmonella just do it properly and mix all ingredients to taste cool it off in the fridge add everything with all portions ingredients and your done ✅

i salt my psta jut a little... kasi for me nasa dressing ang secret ng salad...napakaalat ng mayo...at saka habang nagtatagal ang ang salad naabsorded ng pasta ang taste ng dressing kaya kung iluluto mo ang pasta mo ng maalat mas aalat pa sya...I also add raisins...it add extra sweetness at extra flavor when you bite it...
