Mac and Cheese, SIMPOL!

Mac and cheese is a perfect match food in heaven! 😍 I'm sure, this will be your new favorite! 🥰
Here's the easiest mac and cheese recipe.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic (grated)
5 cups fresh milk
500 grams elbow macaroni
2 cups quick melt cheese (grated)
2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
1 cup cream cheese (whole)
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon butter
Salt
Chopped parsley

Tried it now. My kids love it! I used the smaller kind of macaroni so it needed more time to cook. I added milk gradually until the noodles cooked. Aside from mac n cheese, I sauteed bacon then added Panko bread crumbs, thyme and parsley. Para syang toppings. When you serve it, sprinkle it on top. Looks like gourmet mac n cheese! Wala kame oven, air fryer lang so, I tried this as per request ng anak ko sa bday nya since stove lang ok na. My experience: The amount of milk is not enough to soften the macaroni. I added 3 more cups of water medyo matigas pa din. I followed everything, when it cooled down, naging sticky at tumigas siya. I cooked the leftover again in milk para lumambot at mag loosen at inubos na baka kasi tumigas uli. Better to cook first the macaroni in water para maging Al dente at hindi maging sticky. Better to cook it in oven para hindi sayang ang mga cheese na gagamitin. At mas madali daw. If you wanna try his recipe, try it siguro konti muna good for one meal lang. I don’t know kung ano ang mali pero yan ang experience ko. Thanks Simpol pero dna po uulit🤞. Yung ibang recipe mo na lang.
