Can't beat a Simpson meter first meter I ever used. Back when I started electrical construction class it was the standard . Then the fluke meters. Now it is a classic 😮😮

I wholeheartedly concur. I keep one close at hand due to their impeccable reliability. Moreover, I appreciate their simplicity when it comes to tasks such as monitoring voltage fluctuations and continuity; their readability is simply unmatched..

Ha! That was funny😂. I’m looking at the heat shrink tubing laying there as you twisted and soldered, and scratched my head. I’m thinking, “Ok, he has some tricky technique to show us”. Then you swiped the tubes outa your way, on top of it. LOL. How many countless times have I did similar, focused so much on getting the soldering out of the way. 😅. Gotta give kudos to anyone that can use dikes free-hand to strip small wires without taking out several strands of wire in the process, lowering the current carrying capacity. Nice job! I inherited my Dad’s Simpson 260 that he was given by Pacific Power upon his retirement in 1968. It sat on my workbench for umpteen years, usually forgone in favor of one of my many, less resilient digitals. Then one day I opted to use it and, … not. Corroded/leaked old batteries damaged components, including eaten away AA battery contacts. Obviously there are various incarnations, battery wise, of the 260. A prior video helped me clean it up and get it going again. Thanks again.
