@@doscaminos204 Nah what I mean is that im so used to watching classic Simpsons, but the new stuff is weird cause it talks about things currently happening. Shows that the show has gone for too long

@@silverstar8868 well if you look back they always touched on trending topics of their day, the only difference between the old and new stuff is that the new stuff makes statements where the old stuff was more observant comedy. So yea, the show continues because they are up to date. They even reinvent Homer and Marge’s youth as being a 70s high school sweethearts, to 80s, 90s, and they have probably made one where Bart and Lisa were toddlers in the early 2000s. They keep reinventing their past.
