How can you request for 5 years work permit? Try doing this in USA.Student there honor all the rules why international students in Canada take for granted that they will get PR after completing studies..

Fair way is to first qualify for PR.Dont bs shortage of labour etc Canadian government has full rights to make immigration laws as per their needs..
