The speed build probably consisted many console command usage and community/custom item. I'm currently developing smallest possible house with all the normal things a house has, including some hobby stuff. I'll give images of my current record of smallest house (probably 16 tiles as well, kinda forgot. If not it's 18 tile or 20 tiled at most) if anyone interested. Btw, it's fully usable.
