I used to have a neighbor who was literally Jim Pickens... he had several ex-wives, two of which had mysteriously disappeared. He was about 80 the last I saw him but looked the same as he did when he was 70, and I'm guessing younger. He was rich and insane. He had probably millions of dollars but got caught stealing another one of our neighbor's vacuum cleaners for no reason. And, the cherry on top of the cake, although he was married, he flirted with everything in sight. My mom. Me. Maybe even my dad.
