My car's 13 years old and, thus being a teenager, has a transmission that's being obnoxiously rebellious and won't shift out of the 4th gear. At the moment I can't get to work without walking half of the way, because there are two stop signs at the top of two consecutive hills, and the speed limit is 25 mph which, given my car's current condition, is impossible to climb. I think if there had been a "bug fixes" or "more freedom" option then those would've won. Considering that mindset, people probably chose arts and crafts because they expected it to add the most unique content. I like sims knitting if for no other reason than that it doesn't come with another damn activity table, but it definitely isn't what a lot of people voting expected, so I can understand this person's frustration.

@@storybookoflegends It does add a lot for a stuff pack, absolutely! Like Laundry Day, it adds a whole new system which is engaging and realistic. I enjoy that about it. That being said, I think people are upset because they neither wanted nor voted for "knitting". I like it because I have both knit and sold on Etsy (the real life version of the online marketplace you can sell knit items on in the sims) so to me it feels realistic and fun. People who have never knit before however are probably upset because they voted for "Arts and Crafts" and instead got one specific pack that they didn't care about. Like if the community had voted for say "an interesting home life" and got "Laundry Day". It's a great pack, but if that wasn't what they voted for or wanted, the community would've been upset even though it contained a large amount of good content.

The fitness pack used to have a pop up every time you started a new household asking if you wanted free earbuds. Some people found it really annoying and complained that they "don't want free earbuds". So now they've updated it to just come up as a notification in the corner that doesn't interrupt the game. And they added that loading screen text.
