Yes, there is a safe site called oldgamesdownloads. About some weeks ago I installed The Sims Complete Collection from there and worked perfectly... btw, they also have The Sims 2 Complete Collection

you can get it free off the internet archive and play on windows 10, i just got it working yesterday. theres some youtube videos to help too but its pretty easy!
