Do you mean neighbors? The amount of people you see as “neighbors” on the depends how many friends you have on Facebook. Hope that answers your question.

You need to be friends with someone via facebook who has a cakefarm. Just search for sims freeplay groups in facebook, then ask a general questions who has a cake farm. Once you freind request that person follow the directions in the video.

I recommend going to Facebook sims FreePlay groups and join a couple. Once you've joined, post that your looking for someone with a cake or pet farm. They will either add you or let you know that they have farms. Those are the best people to add, that and sims FreePlay architects. 👍🏽
